Product Design

All KomoBobo products have been individually designed and are individually handmade to order in our home studio based in Sydney Australia.

 

Face Mask Sizing Guide  

• Small: Kids
• Medium: Teens
• Large: Adults
• Extra Large: For those who have been known to struggle to find hats big enough to fit their head.

Note: the masks are fabric masks, they are not medical grade. They should not be worn by anyone with breathing or respiratory conditions or those unable to remove the mask without assistance. 

 

Packaging

KomoBobo is focused on trying to reduce use of plastic packaging where ever possible in day to day life. As such we try to package our products with recycled materials where possible, and try to reduce the amount of plastic packaging used.

We encourage you to reuse the packaging materials to give them a second life, or recycle in accordance with your local area.

 

Can I request a different lining colour for my bags or masks?

Yes, absolutely. All our bags and masks are handmade to order. We endeavour to make your experience as easy as possible by listing choices of size and colour at the order page for each product. If you do not find your choice there please reach out to our friendly customer service team with the details of your request and we will get in touch with you directly. How strong are the Tote Bags?

KomoBobo bags are all handmade. 

We recommend that you do not overfill or load your bag with excessive weight, as this can cause injury. Please follow safe guidelines when bending, lifting, carrying and using your bags.

  

How do I clean my bag?

We recommend all bags are spot cleaned or hand washed in warm soapy water and air dried. We do not recommend tumble drying.

 

What if I am not happy with my purchase?

What if I 'change my mind' - can I return my purchase?

Unfortunately we do not refund purchases do to a change of mind. Please choose your purchase carefully - we're sure you will just love your beautiful bags or masks.

When will I receive my order?

All products are handmade in our studio in Sydney, Australia and shall be dispatched from Sydney, Australia. All purchases are sent via Australia Post with a tracking number for you to track the status of your package from dispatch through to delivery. 

Please allow 2 to 5 days from the date of purchase for products to be hand made and dispatched. Please note that during peak times and SALE times, delivery timelines may be extended. Orders of multiple products will be shipped once the total number of items purchased has been handmade and finished to order.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders are shipped Australia Wide for $8.95 via Australia Post. Shipping costs will be added to your order at the checkout. You shall receive an Australia Post tracking number to track your orders for delivery in Australia.

All products are shipped from our studio in Sydney, Australia.

 

How many layers do the face masks have?

All face masks are triple layered (cotton outer layer, polyester/cotton middle layer, cotton inner layer). Please note our masks are not medical devices, nor a replacement for a medical grade mask. Masks are a reusable and are designed as an alternative to disposable masks for general use.

They are handmade of fabric in our studio. It is recommended to follow government direction in your local state, territory or country in relation to COVID-19 guidelines to help reduce the spread.

 

How do I care for my mask?

Wash your hands before putting on your clean mask. Your mask should cover your nose and your chin. Masks are recommended to be hand washed in warm soapy water. If you do choose to wash your mask in your washing machine we suggest you pop your mask in a laundry bag before putting in the machine.

Air dry your mask. Do not tumble dry. You can iron your mask with a cool iron(do not use a hot iron as your mask is made with a polyester cotton middle layer).
